What Happens When You Request Deletion
All personal information associated with your account (such as name, email, phone number, and saved addresses) will be permanently removed from our systems.
Order history required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance may be retained as allowed or required by law.
Once deleted, your account cannot be restored. You will need to create a new account if you wish to shop with us again in the future.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
Send an email with your full name and the email address associated with your account to support@ebrs.net.
For security purposes, we may ask you to verify your request via email.
Once confirmed, your request will be processed within 30 days.
