• Solid PTFE (Teflon) construction with a non-stick surface rated food safe under FDA-approved PTFE material standards, sold as a single basket per pack.
• Compatible with many TurboChef, Merrychef, and Amana high-speed convection and microwave/convection oven models, making it a direct-use replacement in most speed oven programs.
• Solid floor design (no mesh or perforations) contains juices, sauces, and smaller food items that would fall through an open-basket style, making it suitable for sandwiches, flatbreads, and sauced proteins.
