The Fat Daddios PCC-63 is a 6" x 3" round anodized aluminum cheesecake pan with a removable bottom, built for daily production use in commercial bakeries, restaurant pastry programs, and foodservice operations. The push-up removable bottom replaces the traditional springform mechanism, making de-panning faster and more consistent for high-volume dessert output.
