The ARY VacMaster VP215 is a countertop commercial chamber vacuum sealer built for small restaurants, delis, catering operations, and culinary institutions that need reliable, repeatable vacuum packaging of solids, liquids, and liquid-rich foods. Unlike external suction sealers, the chamber design removes air from the entire chamber simultaneously, allowing soups, stews, marinades, and other wet items to be sealed without liquid being drawn into the seal area.

- Stainless steel body with a heavy-duty 1/4 HP rotary oil pump, a 10" double seal wire seal bar, and a smoky-clear transparent lid for monitoring the vacuum cycle in progress

- Accepts smooth chamber-type pouches only (mesh-style external bags are not compatible); fits 3 mil, 4 mil, 5 mil, and up to 7 mil Mylar bags sized to fit within the 10.25" seal bar
- Digital control panel with independently adjustable vacuum time and seal time; cycle time runs 20 to 60 seconds depending on bag fill; lid opens automatically when the cycle completes; oil changes recommended every 60 operating hours
