• 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate with stainless steel exterior and interior construction throughout, including a stainless steel grease drawer and adjustable stainless steel legs
• 36-inch x 24-inch work area (32 inches overall unit depth) with a temperature range of 200 degrees F to 450 degrees F, suited to high-volume breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
• Countertop installation with a 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection and included regulator; natural gas standard — confirm LP availability with supplier before ordering
• Stainless steel grease drawer is removable for cleanup; adjustable legs allow leveling on uneven countertop surfaces
