The Atosa CookRite ATCB-36 is a 36-inch countertop gas charbroiler built for commercial kitchens that need reliable, high-output grilling on a manageable footprint. With 105,000 BTU across three independently controlled burners, it suits restaurants, cafeterias, catering operations, and other foodservice environments running consistent grill volume.

• Commercial countertop gas charbroiler running on natural gas, with three stainless steel burners rated at 35,000 BTU each and standby pilots for consistent ignition; ships with an LP conversion kit for propane use.

• Constructed with stainless steel radiant plates, cast iron grill grates, and lava rock grates throughout, with a full stainless steel exterior and interior structure.

• Unit measures 36"W x 27-3/5"D x 15.2"H with a cooking surface of 35.7"W x 20.2"D.

• Gas connection is 3/4" NPT rear entry with a regulator included; adjustable stainless steel legs are standard for leveling on countertop surfaces.
