• Commercial gas floor fryer with a 40 lb oil capacity and 3 heavy-duty independently controlled burners, available in natural gas or liquid propane; no electrical connection required due to millivolt thermostat design
• Full stainless steel exterior and interior with a welded stainless steel fry tank; construction resists corrosion and simplifies daily cleaning
• Floor model footprint of 15-5/8"W x 30-1/8"D x 44-3/8"H; compact width fits standard fryer cutouts under a Type 1 hood without modification
• Millivolt thermostat maintains temperature automatically between 200°F and 400°F; gas connection is 3/4" NPT rear-mount with included regulator; unit ships pre-configured for the fuel type ordered and does not require field conversion
