The Blodgett Zephaire ZEPH200-G-ES-SGL is a full size, single deck, bakery depth natural gas convection oven built for high-volume commercial kitchens, bakeries, cafeterias, and institutional foodservice operations that need consistent, even baking across a full sheet pan load. At 50,000 BTU with solid state infinite controls, it delivers repeatable results without complex programming.

• Constructed with a fully welded extruded angle iron frame, stainless steel front, sides, and top, and a double-sided porcelainized interior baking compartment liner that resists rust and simplifies cleaning
• Holds five full size 18" x 26" sheet pans per deck, with 11 rack positions and a minimum of 1-5/8" rack spacing; pans load left to right or front to back
• Runs on natural gas at 50,000 BTU; requires 115V/60Hz/1-phase electrical connection for the blower motor; uses a 3/4" IPS gas connection and includes a draft diverter for proper ventilation
• Two-speed fan and 3/4 HP blower motor with automatic thermal overload protection circulate heat evenly throughout the compartment; temperature range is 200 to 500 degrees F via solid state infinite controls with a 60-minute manual timer
