The Carter-Hoffmann BB1600 EquaHeat is a commercial mobile heated banquet cart built for high-volume pre-plated meal service in hotels, banquet facilities, catering operations, and event venues. It runs on either 120V electric or canned fuel, making it one of the few banquet carts designed from the ground up to deliver consistent holding performance with either heat source.

• Mobile heated banquet cabinet with double-door access, built for transporting and holding up to 150 pre-plated covered meals in commercial foodservice environments
• Fully welded double-wall stainless steel construction with a 20-gauge polished exterior, 24-gauge interior, 12-gauge stainless steel base frame, all seams turned in to eliminate raw edges, and 1" fiberglass insulation in the walls and door with 1.5" insulation in the top
