The Atosa CookRite ATSP-18-1L is a single-burner natural gas commercial stock pot range built in a low-profile configuration for operations that need high-output cooking with easier access to heavy pots. At 80,000 BTU through a heavy-duty three-ring cast iron burner, it handles large-batch stocks, soups, and braises in high-volume restaurant, catering, and institutional kitchens.
