The warranty does not cover alteration, neglect, abuse, misuse, accidents, damage during transit or installation, fire, flood or acts of God. It is void if routine maintenance is not followed, and it is not transferable. Claims go directly to Atosa and need the model number, serial number and proof of purchase.

What factory options are available?

You can order extra shelves, and each one comes with four shelf clips. Order part W0402387 for the left or right section and W0402388 for the middle section.
