The Cleveland Range SGL30TNATHTPQS is a commercial natural gas tilting skillet braising pan built for high-volume foodservice operations that need one floor model capable of braising, grilling, poaching, steaming, sauteing, and pan frying in a single unit. This is the QuickShip configuration of the DuraPan series, suited for institutional kitchens, contract foodservice, and high-output restaurant operations.

• Floor model commercial tilting skillet with 30-gallon (117-liter) capacity, rated for braising, grilling, steaming, poaching, pan frying, and sauteing in a single piece of equipment
• All stainless steel construction throughout, with a 5/8-inch stainless steel clad, bead blasted cooking surface that resists warping and reduces food adhesion
• 30-gallon capacity accommodates large batch production; cooking surface measures 32 inches left to right by 23-1/2 inches front to back, with a 35-inch rim height for operator access
• Runs on natural gas at 91,000 BTU with electronic spark ignition; controls operate on 120V/60Hz/1-phase with a standard cord and plug (NEMA 5-15P); specify altitude above 2,000 feet at time of order
• Hydraulic hand tilt with quick-lowering feature for controlled, safe pouring; thermostat adjustable from 100 degrees F to 425 degrees F; preheats in approximately 11 minutes; full capacity cold to boiling in 60 minutes
• Modular open base design with stainless steel level-adjustable feet; controls are recessed and front-accessible; IPX6-rated splash-proof construction with watertight electrical connections; optional 2-inch tangent draw-off valve available (factory option, additional lead time may apply)
