Fat Daddios - Angel Food Pan, Round, 8" - PAF-8375

The Fat Daddios PAF-8375 is a commercial-grade anodized aluminum angel food cake pan used by bakeries and foodservice operations that require consistent, repeatable bake results in a tube pan format. At 8 inches with a 3-3/4 inch depth, this is the smaller of Fat Daddios' two ProSeries angel food pan sizes and holds 12 cups of batter.

• Constructed from 16-gauge anodized aluminum with a solid bottom and seamless one-piece design; anodizing is a surface-hardening process, not a chemical coating, so the pan contains no PFAS, CFCs, PTFEs, or PFOAs
• Interior top diameter measures 8 inches (tapering to approximately 6 inches at the base) by 3-3/4 inches deep; overall dimensions are 8-1/2 inches x 4-1/4 inches; capacity is 12 cups (2.8L)
• Non-reactive anodized surface is compatible with citrus-based and acidic recipes that can cause reactions in conventional aluminum or steel bakeware
