The Fat Daddio's PCC-33 is a round anodized aluminum cheesecake pan with a removable bottom, sized for individual and mini-portion baking in commercial bakeries, pastry operations, and restaurant kitchens. It gives pastry chefs and bakers a reliable, consistent release without the bulk or mechanical complexity of a springform pan.

• Round commercial cheesecake pan designed for individual-portion cheesecakes, upside-down cakes, tiramisu, ice cream cakes, flans, tortes, and thick batter applications such as brownies and bar cookies
• Constructed from 16-gauge anodized aluminum with a seamless, straight-sided body and a rolled rim; anodizing is a non-chemical process that produces a non-reactive, hard surface free of PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, dyes, and added metals
• Interior dimensions: 3 inches diameter x 3 inches deep; exterior dimensions: 4 inches diameter x 3 inches deep, sized for individual plated desserts and mini cheesecake programs
• Removable bottom de-pans by pushing upward from below, protecting the top surface of delicate baked goods; the non-reactive surface is safe for use with citrus-based and acidic recipes
