The Fat Daddios PFT-11-18 is an 11" round fluted quiche and tart pan built from 18-gauge anodized aluminum, designed for daily production use in commercial bakeries, restaurant kitchens, and pastry operations. The removable bottom and consistent heat distribution make it a practical, reliable choice for high-volume tart and quiche output.

• Round fluted tart and quiche pan with a push-through removable bottom that allows clean, undamaged release without flipping; also suitable for pies, flan, and other shallow-depth baked goods
• Constructed from 18-gauge anodized aluminum — anodizing seals the natural pores of the aluminum without chemical coatings, and the surface will not chip, peel, rust, or flake; PTFE and PFOA free
• Exterior dimensions are 11" diameter x 1" deep; interior measures approximately 9-3/4" x 1" deep; capacity is 49.1 fl oz (1,452 ml)
• Non-reactive surface is compatible with acidic ingredients including citrus- and tomato-based recipes that can cause issues with standard uncoated aluminum or steel bakeware
