The Fat Daddios POB-12182 is a half size anodized aluminum sheet cake pan measuring 12" x 18" x 2", built for bakeries, pastry operations, and commercial kitchens that need consistent results from a rectangular baking pan sized for standard commercial ovens. Its solid-bottom, straight-sided construction makes it a reliable workhorse for cakes, brownies, bar cookies, sheet pastries, casseroles, and roasts.
