The Fat Daddio's POB-9132 is a 9" x 13" x 2" commercial anodized aluminum sheet cake pan designed for bakeries, pastry shops, and foodservice operations that need consistent, repeatable results from a solid-bottom rectangular baking pan. This is a straightforward, workhorse baking pan suited for operations baking sheet cakes, layer cakes, bar cookies, brownies, and savory items like casseroles and lasagnas on a daily basis.

• Rectangular sheet cake pan with a seamless, solid-bottom construction and straight sides, sized for standard commercial oven use by bakeries and foodservice kitchens
• Built from 16-gauge anodized aluminum with a silver finish; the anodizing process seals the aluminum surface without chemical coatings, dyes, PFAS, PTFE, or PFOA
