The Fat Daddio's ProSeries 6" x 3" anodized aluminum springform cake pan (model PSF-63) is a commercial-grade baking pan suited for bakeries, pastry programs, and foodservice operations producing cheesecakes, tortes, quiches, deep-dish desserts, and other preparations that require intact, clean unmolding. The springform design lets baked goods stay in the pan until service, then release without disturbing the top or sides.
