Fat Daddios - Springform Cake Pan, 8" x 3" - Anodized Aluminum - PSF-83

The Fat Daddios PSF-83 is an 8" x 3" round anodized aluminum springform cake pan built for daily production use in commercial bakeries, restaurant kitchens, and pastry operations. The springform design with a latch release and removable pedestal base allows clean, undamaged removal of cheesecakes, streusel-topped cakes, quiches, deep-dish pizzas, and other delicate or thick-batter items.

• Constructed of 18-gauge anodized aluminum with a silver matte finish; anodizing is not a chemical coating and contains no PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, or CFC's -- the surface will not rust, chip, peel, or flake
