The Fat Daddios PSQ-10102 is a 10" x 10" x 2" square anodized aluminum cake pan built for commercial bakeries, pastry operations, and catering kitchens that need consistent, repeatable results from a straight-sided pan. Part of Fat Daddio's ProSeries line, it delivers even heat distribution and clean release without chemical coatings or non-stick treatments.

• Square cake pan suited for tiered layer cakes, brownies, blondies, bar cookies, casseroles, and savory bakes in commercial bakery and foodservice production
• Constructed from 14-gauge anodized aluminum with a seamless, solid bottom design and straight sides; the anodizing process seals the aluminum surface without dyes, PTFE, PFOA, or added chemical coatings
• Interior dimensions are 10" x 10" with a 2" depth; includes a 1/2" rolled rim for handling stability and edge durability
• Non-reactive anodized surface is safe for use with acidic ingredients including citrus- and tomato-based recipes; temperature-rated to 550 degrees F
