Hobart Centerline Dishwasher, Undercounter High Temp. - CUH-1

The Hobart Centerline CUH-1 is a commercial high-temperature undercounter dishwasher built for restaurant kitchens, bars, cafeterias, and hotel dining operations that need reliable warewashing throughput in a compact footprint. It sanitizes with hot water rather than chemicals, eliminating the ongoing cost of chemical sanitizer while meeting NSF sanitation requirements. An extended cycle is also selectable, factory set at 240 seconds. Revolving, anti-clogging upper and lower wash arms spray water onto dishes, and food particles collect in a removable 3-part stainless steel scrap screen. Ships with one peg rack and one combo rack.

• The integrated booster heater is capable of a 70-degree Fahrenheit rise, ensuring the final rinse reaches 180 degrees Fahrenheit via Sense-a-Temp technology.
• Throughput is up to 24 racks per hour, with each rack consuming 0.84 gallons of water and completing in a 2-minute cycle.
• The 14.46-inch door opening is wide enough to accept half-size sheet pans and a 20-quart mixing bowl.
