The Imperial PCVE-2 is a full-size double-deck electric convection oven built for high-volume commercial kitchens, bakeries, and foodservice operations that need to run two independent cooking chambers from a single floor-model unit. At 22 kW total output with a temperature range of 150°F to 500°F, it handles roasting, baking, and general production cooking across both decks simultaneously.
