The Imperial ER-6-G24 Elements Series commercial gas range gives high-volume kitchens a 60" floor model with six open burners, a 24" manual griddle, and two standard ovens in a single unit rated at 268,000 BTUs total. It is built for restaurant lines, hotel kitchens, and foodservice operations that need simultaneous open-flame cooking and flat-top capacity without running two separate pieces of equipment.

• Stainless steel construction throughout — front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge, and kick plate — with welded and polished seams; cast iron open burner grates with a low-simmer capability down to 7,000 BTU per burner and a maximum of 32,000 BTU per burner
• 60" wide footprint with two standard oven cavities each measuring 26-1/2"W x 26"D x 14"H (chef depth), accommodating full-size sheet pans; griddle plate is 24"W x 21"D
• Griddle is a highly polished 3/4" thick steel plate with a 3" wide grease trough, removable grease can, and a 20,000 BTU burner positioned every 12" for even heat distribution across the cooking surface; griddle is positioned on the left side as standard and can be ordered on the right at no additional cost
• Full-width removable crumb tray under the open burners, separable burner components for deep cleaning, porcelainized oven interiors for easy wipe-down, and 6" heavy-duty legs with adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors
• Gas inlet is 3/4" NPT with regulator supplied; manual griddle control is standard, specify griddle location and control type when ordering; not for residential installation
