The Imperial ISPA-18 is a natural gas floor-model stock pot range built for high-volume batch cooking of soups, stocks, stews, and sauces in commercial kitchens, commissaries, and catering operations. At 90,000 BTU with a single 3-ring burner and cast iron grate, it delivers the sustained, high-output heat needed to bring large stock pots up to temperature efficiently.

• Commercial gas floor-model stock pot range with one 3-ring burner rated at 90,000 BTU (26 kW); two independently adjustable gas valves control the inner and outer rings separately, allowing heat to be dialed from simmer to full output
• Stainless steel front and sides with welded and finished seams; cast aluminum control knobs include Valox heat-protection grips; continuous pilot ignition for instant startup
• Reinforced cast iron grate with rolled front edge for sliding heavy stock pots into position; grate is removable for cleaning
• Floor model measures 18" W x 21" D x 24-3/4" H; stands on heavy-duty 6" adjustable legs; available in natural gas and propane configurations; requires a 3/4" NPT gas connection installed by a qualified technician
