The National Checking Duplicate book is a medium, 2-part carbon green guest check ,  intended for full-service restaurants and foodservice operations that need a handwritten duplicate copy of each order. 

• 2-part carbon guest check format produces a duplicate copy using a traditional carbon paper insert, suitable for operations routing one copy to the kitchen and retaining one at the table or server station
• Made from heavier-weight cardboard stock, more durable than standard medium paper guest checks and built to hold up through repeated handling by servers, cooks, and cashiers
• Measures 3.5" x 6.75" (medium size), fits standard server books and check presenters used in table service environments
• Each book contains 50 checks with 15 pre-printed lines and printed headings for date, table number, and total to keep order entries organized and legible
