The Southbend S36D-1G is a 36" commercial gas restaurant range from the S-Series line, combining four open burners, a 12" manual griddle, and a standard oven base into a single floor-model unit built for high-volume foodservice operations. It runs on natural gas at 165,000 total BTU and is a direct fit for line cooking positions in restaurants, diners, and institutional kitchens requiring both burner and griddle capacity in a 36" footprint.
