The Southbend S60DD-2RR is a 60" commercial gas restaurant range built for high-volume kitchens that need open burner cooking, griddle/broiler capability, and oven capacity all in a single freestanding unit. It is available in natural gas configuration and delivers a total of 271,500 BTU across six open burners, a 24" raised griddle with integrated broiler, and two standard oven bases.

• Commercial gas range with six patented, one-piece cast iron non-clog open burners rated at 28,000 BTU each (natural gas), plus a right-side 24" raised griddle/broiler section — all with manual controls and metal knobs with red stripe indicators
• Stainless steel front, sides, and removable shelf with a 4" stainless steel front rail with closed, welded end caps; oven cavities are fully enameled and insulated with heavy block-type rock wool on four sides and top
• Unit measures 60-3/4" wide x 34" deep x 59-1/2" high on 6" adjustable stainless steel legs; each standard oven interior measures 26" wide x 26-1/2" deep and accommodates full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans in both directions
• Right-side 24" griddle features a 1/2" thick polished steel plate with raised sides and rear splash; broiler below includes a pull-out rack; gas connection is 3/4" male rear-entry with a factory-installed pressure regulator
• Two standard oven bases each feature a U-shaped heavy-duty burner, snap-action thermostat adjustable from 175°F to 550°F, one removable rack with two-position rack guides, and a flame failure safety device that shuts off gas flow if the pilot extinguishes
• Six individual removable cast iron grate tops (rear grates hold up to 14" stock pots), two removable one-piece crumb drawers under the burners, and a hinged lower valve panel for service access; unit operates on 115V/60Hz/1ph with a 6-ft. cord and 3-prong plug
