The Star Star-Max 524TGF is a heavy-duty 24-inch electric countertop griddle built for high-volume commercial foodservice operations including restaurants, diners, cafeterias, and catering kitchens. It runs on 208/240V and is field-wired for single-phase or three-phase connection, outputting 6.0 kW at 208V or 8.0 kW at 240V.

• Cooking surface is a 1-inch thick polished steel plate spanning 24 inches wide by 20-3/4 inches deep, with 4,000-watt incoloy sheath heating elements placed every 12 inches for consistent heat coverage across the entire surface
