The Star Star-Max 548TGF is a 48" heavy-duty countertop electric griddle built for high-volume commercial foodservice operations that need consistent, controllable flat-top cooking without a gas connection. With four independent thermostatic zones and a large polished steel cooking surface, it gives line cooks precise control across the full width of the plate.

• 1" thick polished steel griddle plate resists warping through repeated heat cycles, with a welded steel frame, stainless steel top and front panel, and aluminized steel side panels
• Cooking surface measures 48" W x 20-3/4" D; overall unit dimensions are 48" W x 27-7/8" D x 15-1/2" H; supported by 4" adjustable legs with 1-3/8" of height adjustment
