The Star Star-Max 6136RCBF is a 36" commercial countertop radiant natural gas charbroiler built for high-volume foodservice operations that need consistent, zone-controlled heat across a wide cooking surface. • Three H-style cast iron burners rated at 40,000 BTU each (120,000 BTU total natural gas; 105,000 BTU total LP) spaced 12" apart, each with an independent manual control knob creating three distinct heat zones
