The Star Manufacturing Ultra-Max 836TCHSA is a heavy-duty countertop natural gas griddle built for high-volume commercial cooking, offering a 36x24" chrome cooking surface and 90,000 BTU of output across three independently controlled zones.

• Commercial countertop gas griddle in Star's Ultra-Max line, designed for continuous service in restaurants, diners, cafeterias, and similar high-demand foodservice operations
• Cooking surface is a 1" thick T1 steel plate with a hexavalent chrome finish that is nonporous, resists moisture absorption, and prevents flavor transfer between proteins, breakfast items, and other menu categories cooked simultaneously
• Cooking surface measures 36" W x 24" D; overall unit dimensions are 36" W x 34-1/8" D x 18" H with 4" adjustable stainless steel legs providing up to 1-3/8" of height adjustment
• Three 30,000 BTU U-shaped burners each serve a 12" section with its own independent mechanical snap-action thermostat, with sensors embedded 3/16" from the cooking surface for precise zone-by-zone temperature control from 150°F to 550°F; gas connects via 3/4" NPT male fitting at the rear
• Welded steel frame with stainless steel exterior; 4-3/8" tapered wrap-around splash guards contain grease and spatter, and a 3-1/2" front grease trough drains to a removable grease drawer for simplified end-of-service cleanup
• Ships configured for natural gas; an LP conversion kit is included but requires professional installation; unit is for commercial use only and is manufactured in the USA
