The T&S Brass MV-0771-12N-BVT is a commercial washdown station built for food processing facilities, commercial kitchens, and industrial environments that require controlled hot and cold water delivery for cleaning and sanitation tasks.

Operating pressure range is 20 to 125 psi; flow rate is 49.93 GPM at 60 psi; assembled unit weighs 19.2 lbs
The 3/4" NPT female outlet connects to a hose (sold separately) for directed water delivery; the assembly mounts to the wall with holes punched on 5" centers
