The T&S Brass ChekPoint EC-3100-TMV is a commercial touchless sensor faucet designed for single-hole deck mount installation at handwashing sinks, bar sinks, and foodservice sanitation stations where hands-free operation is required by code or operator preference. This model includes a thermostatic mixing valve (TMV) with ASSE 1070 certification, setting it apart from the standard EC-3100 for applications where scald protection and consistent output temperature are a requirement.
