The Vulcan MSA72-101 is a 72-inch heavy-duty countertop natural gas griddle built for high-volume commercial kitchens that need a large, continuous cooking surface with independent temperature control across the plate. With 162,000 BTU of total output and a 72" x 24" cooking surface, this MSA Series unit is sized for busy breakfast operations, full-day griddle menus, and high-throughput restaurant lines.

• Heavy-duty countertop gas griddle designed for commercial foodservice use, running on natural gas with manual ignition and millivolt pilot safety; six burners deliver a total of 162,000 BTU across the 72-inch cooking surface
• Constructed with a fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis frame; stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge with a Cool Bullnose design that keeps the front rail at an average of 130 degrees F when the griddle is operating at 450 degrees F
• Cooking surface measures 72" W x 24" D with a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate backed by 12-gauge, 4-inch stainless steel back and tapered side splashes; overall unit dimensions are 72" W x 31.5" D x 15.25" H on 4-inch adjustable legs, shipping weight 790 lbs.
• One 27,000 BTU U-shaped aluminized steel burner and one embedded snap-action thermostat for every 12 inches of griddle width, allowing six independent temperature zones adjustable from 200 degrees F to 550 degrees F; unit connects via a 3/4-inch rear gas connection with an included pressure regulator; note that the Rapid Recovery composite plate option is not available at the 72-inch width
• The 3.5-inch spatula-wide grease gutter and chute are fully welded to stop grease migration; two large 6-quart stainless steel grease drawers are removable from the front for fast cleaning during or after service
