The Atosa CookRite AGR-8B is a commercial 48-inch gas range built for restaurant lines and high-volume foodservice operations that need serious top-burner capacity alongside dual oven output in a single floor unit.

• 48-inch commercial gas range with eight 32,000 BTU open burners delivering 304,000 total BTU, available in natural gas or liquid propane configurations
• Stainless steel exterior on all sides including kick plate, back guard, and over shelf; stainless steel tubing on burners and pilots; enamel interior oven cavity for easier cleaning
• Measures 48"W x 31"D x 57-3/8"H; features heavy-duty 12" x 12" removable cast iron top grates on each burner position
• Includes two independent 20"-wide ovens, each with a 27,000 BTU burner, pilot ignition with 100% safety shut-off, oven temperature range of 175°F to 550°F, and two adjustable chrome racks with multiple position rack guides
• Removable cast iron grates, an integrated drip tray under the burners, and the enamel oven interior reduce cleaning time between shifts; four heavy-duty casters are included standard for repositioning and floor cleaning access
• Gas connection is 3/4" NPT rear-mounted with regulator included; a leg kit is available separately (part #301110006), and additional oven racks are available (part #301100013); requires a commercial hood ventilation system
