It needs a standard 115V, 60 Hz, single-phase outlet that accepts a NEMA 5-15P plug (15A/125V). The unit draws 2.3 amps, so a dedicated 15 amp circuit is plenty.

Is the MBC24GR a refrigerator or a freezer, and what temperature does it hold?

It is a refrigerator. The electronic controller holds 35°F to 38°F, which suits bottled and canned beer, soda and other packaged drinks. It does not freeze. Atosa sells the MBGF24GR as a separate 24" glass froster.

Will it fit through a standard doorway?

Yes. At 24-3/8" wide and 26-3/4" deep, it fits through a 36" doorway with room to spare and also clears a 30" doorway. At 38-1/2" tall overall, it is well under the height of an 80" door opening.

Labor is paid at standard straight-time rates plus reasonable travel time, as Atosa determines. The extra compressor coverage applies only to the sealed compressor. It does not cover the cabinet, paint finish, temperature control, refrigerant, metering device, motor starting equipment, fan assembly or other electrical parts. All claims go directly through Atosa and need the model number, serial number, proof of purchase and installation date.

How is it serviced?

The compressor assembly slides out, so a technician can reach the refrigeration system without taking the cabinet apart. The 2" casters let staff roll the unit out to clean underneath and behind it.
