• Double-wall stainless steel construction with high-density 1-inch thick fiberglass insulation in walls and door, 1.5-inch thick on top for maximum heat retention, and 12-gauge caster bolsters with perimeter frame for structural rigidity
• Overall dimensions: 61.5 inches wide x 30.5 inches deep x 64.75 inches tall; accommodates up to 180 plates with a maximum diameter of 10.5 inches; ships without plate carriers
