The Cleveland Range KET12TPQS is a self-contained, electric countertop steam-jacketed tilting kettle built for high-volume batch cooking in commercial kitchens, commissaries, cafeterias, and institutional foodservice operations. With a 12-gallon (45L) capacity and lever-type tilting mechanism, it handles soups, stocks, sauces, braised meats, pasta, and bulk reheating without the labor demands of open-burner stock pots.
