• 12 kW electric heating elements encased in aluminum blocks with a heavy gauge stainless steel cooking compartment door and latch.
• Holds six full size 2.5-inch deep steam table pans (1/1 G/N, 65 mm) in a single compartment; unit dimensions are approximately 30.79 inches H x 21.6 inches W x 32.16 inches D.
• Requires a plumbed water connection with automatic water level controls; mounts on 4-inch adjustable legs for countertop installation.
