The Doyon DL12SP is a single-pass countertop dough sheeter built for pizzerias, bakeries, and commercial kitchens that need fast, consistent dough sheeting without the footprint of a floor model. With a 12" maximum sheet width and an adjustable roller gap ranging from 1/32" to 5/32", it gives operators repeatable thickness control across a variety of dough types.
