The Globe Chefmate GC512 is a medium-duty, manual countertop commercial slicer built for delis, sandwich stations, cafes, and other mid-volume operations that need consistent, adjustable slicing of meats and cheeses without the footprint or cost of a heavy-duty unit. With a gear-driven 1/3 HP motor and 12-inch stainless steel knife, the GC512 handles up to 6 hours of daily meat slicing and is rated for up to 4 hours of daily cheese slicing.
