The Hobart LXEC-3 is a low-temperature, chemical sanitizing undercounter dishwasher built for commercial foodservice operations that need reliable, high-volume warewashing in a compact footprint. Running on 120V/1-phase power, it is suited for restaurants, cafes, bars, and institutional kitchens where a dedicated hot water booster is not available or desired.

• Commercial undercounter dishwasher using low-temperature chemical sanitization, injecting sodium hypochlorite into the final rinse to achieve a minimum of 50 PPM sanitizing solution on every cycle
• Stainless steel construction throughout, including a deep-drawn stainless steel tank, door, and top panels, with a corrosion-resistant pump and removable stainless steel scrap screen
• Washes up to 34 racks per hour with a 105-second cycle time and uses only 0.74 gallons of water per rack; unit weighs 150 lbs and requires 120V/60Hz/1-phase, 15-amp, 1,800W electrical connection
• Fits standard undercounter spaces at 23-15/16"W x 25-9/16"D x 32-1/2"H; 17" door opening accommodates dishes, glassware, and prep ware; accepts racks from 10"x20" to 20"x20" and 16"x18" cafeteria trays; includes one peg rack and one combination rack
