The Imperial IRCM-36 is a 36" wide commercial gas infra-red cheesemelter broiler built for high-volume finishing work in professional kitchens — melting cheese, browning toppings, and glazing dishes during service without tying up range or oven space.

• Commercial countertop cheesemelter broiler with an infra-red burner rated at 40,000 BTUs, available in natural gas or liquid propane configurations — specify gas type at time of order and note elevation if above 2,000 feet
• Constructed from 304 stainless steel on all sides — front, back, top, bottom, and sides — with a welded frame assembly for structural integrity under daily commercial use
• Measures 36"W x 17-3/4"D x 19"H and ships at approximately 162 lbs.; the 36" cooking width handles multiple plates simultaneously during peak service
• Supports multiple installation configurations: range mount using reinforcement channels, countertop installation with optional leg kit, or wall mount brackets — all mounting hardware sold separately; also accepts an optional 3/4" gas connection directly from an Imperial IR range
