The Southbend P36N-III is a 36" modular commercial induction range from the Platinum heavy-duty series, built for high-volume restaurant, catering, and institutional foodservice operations that require precise electric cooking without an open flame. It delivers 21 kW of total output across six independent hobs, making it a strong fit for line cooking where speed and temperature control are both critical.
