The Southbend S36D-2GR is a 36" commercial gas restaurant range from the S-Series line, built for foodservice operations that need both open-burner cooking and flat griddle surface in a single floor unit with an oven base.

• Commercial gas range with two open burners on the left and a 24" manual griddle positioned on the right, designed for simultaneous saute, boil, and flat-top cooking in high-volume restaurant and foodservice environments.
• Stainless steel front, sides, and removable shelf construction; burner grates are individual, removable one-piece cast iron; griddle plate is 1/2" thick polished steel with raised sides.
• Unit measures 59.5" H x 36.5" W x 34" D (with legs); oven interior is 26" W x 26.5" D x 14" H; griddle is 24" wide; rear open burner grate position accommodates up to 14" stock pots.
