The Southbend S60DD-2GL is a 60-inch commercial gas restaurant range from the S-Series line, designed for high-volume foodservice operations that need open burner cooking, griddle capacity, and oven baking all in one floor unit. With 286,000 total BTU on natural gas and three distinct cooking surfaces, it is built to handle sustained production on a busy line.

• 60-inch commercial gas range with six open burners rated at 28,000 BTU each (natural gas) and a 24-inch manual griddle positioned on the left side, totaling 286,000 BTU input; the griddle section is served by three 16,000 BTU burners
• Stainless steel front, sides, and removable shelf throughout; griddle plate is 1/2-inch thick polished steel with raised sides to contain grease, and open burner grates are individual removable cast iron
• Overall dimensions are 60-3/4" wide x 34" deep x 59-1/2" high; each of the two standard ovens measures 26" wide x 26-1/2" deep x 14" high, with one rack included per oven cavity
