With 420,000 total BTU and ten independent burners over two standard ovens, it is sized and configured for heavy continuous service.

• 60-inch commercial gas restaurant range with 10 non-clog open burners, each rated at 33,000 BTU, and two standard ovens each delivering 45,000 BTU with standing pilots on the burners and battery spark ignition for the ovens
• Constructed with a fully stainless steel burner box, stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus a 4-inch stainless steel front rail; removable cast iron grates support up to a 14-inch stock pot on the rear positions
• Overall unit measures 60.75 inches wide x 34 inches deep x 59.5 inches tall; each oven interior measures 26 inches wide x 26.5 inches deep x 14 inches high and accommodates full-size sheet pans in both directions
