The Southbend 4601DD-2GL is a 60" commercial gas range from the Ultimate Restaurant Range series, built for high-volume foodservice operations that need open burner cooking, flat-top griddle work, and oven capacity in a single floor unit. With 336,000 total BTU and two standard ovens, this range is sized and configured for full-service restaurant kitchens, institutional foodservice, and catering operations running continuous line service.

• Stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 4" front rail throughout; fully stainless steel burner box construction; oven interiors lined with double-sided full porcelain enamel for corrosion resistance and easier cleaning
