• Cooking surface measures 48 inches wide by 21 inches deep; overall unit dimensions are 48 inches wide, 29 inches deep, and 15.5 inches tall.
• Four 28,300 BTU aluminized U-shaped burners deliver a total of 113,200 BTU; the modulating thermostat is inserted into the griddle plate 3/16 inches from the cooking surface and adjusts from 150 degrees F to 450 degrees F for quick response to surface temperature changes.
