The Star Star-Max 530TF is a commercial countertop electric deep fryer with twin stainless steel pots designed for foodservice operations that need to fry two different products simultaneously without flavor transfer. At 208/240V with up to 11,500 watts of output, it delivers consistent high-volume frying from a compact countertop footprint.
